Attend Behavior App

Launched in April 2025, the Attend Behavior App is a mobile tool designed to support caregivers of children with autism or ADHD. Rooted in the evidence-based RUBI Parent Training Program, the app provides on-demand video lessons, interactive behavior tracking, and personalized coaching prompts. 

The initiative was funded through the NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services, with Trillium overseeing regional implementation across all 46 counties. The app is specifically tailored for home use, making behavioral health support more accessible to families who may lack local providers or face wait lists for in-person services. 

Trillium is monitoring engagement trends to evaluate long-term behavioral outcomes and inform future enhancements, such as Spanish-language content and integration with care manager dashboards.
