Open enrollment

In order to increase access to care for our members, Trillium Health Resources is seeking experienced providers to apply for the opportunities below. 

Open enrollment for Psychologists remains active for recruitment. All other open enrollment postings have been suspended until further notice due to COVID-19. Providers may continue to submit applications; however, application review and final approvals will be delayed. Trillium will update this webpage once the suspension is lifted.  

Trillium Health Resources is hosting an open enrollment for Psychological Services in order to allow more individuals access to the quality care they need.  Trillium Health Resources is currently accepting applications for Psychologist and Licensed Psychological Associates, including Individuals and Groups, to provide outpatient services to Medicaid beneficiaries.

Please note:

  • Psychological Testing including testing for Innovations Waiver members and Evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Level of Care Assessment (Trillium training required.)
  • Specialized Consultative Services, Including development of Behavior Support Plans.

In order to increase access to care, providers within in the 26 county Trillium catchment area, as well as neighboring Out of Catchment counties including Halifax, Edgecombe, Wilson, Greene, Lenoir, Duplin, Sampson, and Bladen counties are eligible. Both in-network and out-of-network providers may apply. 
 
Providers must be registered with NC Tracks. Psychologists must be licensed in the State of NC and demonstrate experience with the population served. All applicants are required to be credentialed with Trillium prior to the delivery of services. 

Network Application Enrollment Request

Trillium is currently accepting applications from experienced providers to deliver this service to Medicaid and non-Medicaid members.

An Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team consists of a community-based group of medical, behavioral health, and rehabilitation professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. 

In order to increase access to care, both in-network and out-of-network providers are eligible to apply. 

Recruitment is open for Medicaid in Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hertford, Northampton, Pasquotank, and Perquimans Counties.  

Recruitment is open for non-Medicaid in Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hertford, Nash, Pasquotank, and Perquimans Counties. All applicants are required to be enrolled as a North Carolina Medicaid Provider with NC Tracks and be credentialed with Trillium, as well as meet all requirements of Clinical Coverage Policy 8A-1: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program, prior to the issuance of a contract and delivery of services.

Nash County is now closed to Medicaid applicants.

Network Application Enrollment Request

Trillium Health Resources is hosting an open enrollment for (b)(3) Community Guide.  Trillium is currently accepting applications from experienced providers to deliver this service to Medicaid members.

Community Guide services provide support to beneficiaries and planning teams that assist beneficiaries in developing social networks and connections with local communities.  The purpose of this service is to promote self-determination, increase independence and enhance the beneficiary’s ability to interact with and contribute to his or her local community. Community Guide services emphasize, promote and coordinate the use of natural and generic supports (unpaid) to address the beneficiary’s needs in addition to paid services.  

In order to increase access to care, both in-network and out-of-network providers are eligible to apply.

Recruitment is open in the following counties: Columbus, Gates, Hertford, and Hyde.  All applicants are required to be enrolled as a North Carolina Medicaid Provider with NC Tracks and be credentialed with Trillium, as well as meet all requirements of Trillium B3 Service Definitions: NC Enhanced Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, prior to the issuance of a contract and delivery of services.

Network Application Enrollment Request

Trillium is currently accepting applications from experienced providers to deliver this service to non-Medicaid members. 
Individual Placement and Support-Supported Employment (IPS-SE) is a person-centered, behavioral health service with a focus on employment, that provides assistance in choosing, acquiring, and maintaining competitive paid employment in the community for individuals 18 years and older for whom employment has not been achieved or employment has been interrupted or intermittent. This service is co-located with an agency’s behavioral health treatment services to ensure consistent behavioral health integration.

In order to increase access to care, both in-network and out-of-network providers are eligible to apply.

Recruitment is open for non-Medicaid members in Brunswick, Camden, Carteret, Chowan, Columbus, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hyde, Jones, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Tyrrell and Washington Counties.  All applicants are required to be enrolled as a North Carolina Medicaid Provider with NC Tracks and be credentialed with Trillium, as well as meet all requirements of State-Funded Service Definition: NC Enhanced Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, prior to the issuance of a contract and delivery of services.

Bertie, Nash and Northampton counties are closed for applicants.
