In honor of Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Recognition Week, Inclusion Connects invites you to an inside look at the Advanced DSP Training, including its core content, key competencies, and how the curriculum supports everyday direct support work.

The session will also share early data from the first three course runs, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned that are guiding continued program development. This event celebrates the expertise DSPs bring to their roles and showcases how community colleges help create accessible, meaningful opportunities for advanced training, professional development, and career growth within the direct support workforce.
