While Trillium staff are not considered first responders, we do assist providers and members once any immediate danger has passed. In all areas, 911 should be used for TRUE PHYSICAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES. Trillium staff are not first responders and will not be able to physically attend to emergencies in the community. Normal hours for NormTrillium’s Member and Recipient Service Line and Behavioral Health Crisis Line will remain active during Emergency Operations. For business needs, please use staff email instead where appropriate.

Somethings has partnered with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) to provide any teen across the state with free mental health services. Youth can call or text through the Somethings app.
This initiative ensures youth have immediate access to mental health support, anytime, anywhere, on their phone, tablet, or computer. Teens can get started by visiting talkspace.com/ncyouth to confirm eligibility and sign up for therapy within minutes, and use the keyword ‘ncyouth’ when prompted.
