The Marcus Jackson Project will host a two-part community-centered event designed to promote healing, awareness, violence prevention, and family engagement.

  • Part 1: Community Conversation Theme: “Voices of Survivors” This facilitated community conversation will provide a safe and supportive space for individuals, families, and community members impacted by violence to share experiences, discuss healing, and promote awareness surrounding trauma, grief, mental health, and community violence.
  • Part 2: Community Field Day Immediately following the conversation, families and community members will gather for “Sno Day,” a free family-friendly community event featuring vendors, games, music, food, activities for children and adults, and opportunities for fellowship and connection.
