This training session provides an overview and walkthrough of the Provider Cost & Wage Survey, as part of the North Carolina Direct Care Worker Wage & Rate Analysis. The agenda will tentatively include:
- Survey overview and orientation for all provider types (30 minutes)
- Survey walkthrough for HCBS providers (45 minutes)
- Survey walkthrough for Institutional providers (45 minutes)
