NC ROOTS Regional Kickoff Meeting for Region 2

This kickoff session will bring together community partners, providers, stakeholders, and regional leaders to introduce NC ROOTS, discuss initial priorities, and outline opportunities for engagement and collaboration moving forward.

During these sessions, attendees will:

• Learn more about the NC ROOTS initiative and regional approach
• Hear from Trillium leadership and interim regional leaders
• Receive an overview of the first 90-day priorities
• Learn about the community needs assessment process
• Explore advisory board engagement opportunities
• Find ways to stay connected and involved throughout implementation

This work is rooted in partnership, community voice, and building sustainable solutions together. We encourage organizations and community leaders across both regions to participate and help shape the path forward.
