Perceptions of Care Office Hours

These office hours are designed to help providers successfully administer the Perceptions of Care Survey. We'll review the survey process, demonstrate how to complete survey forms, discuss recommended survey goals, and provide time for questions and technical assistance with the Quality Management team. Attendance is encouraged for providers seeking additional guidance. We look forward to seeing you there!
