Join NCDHHS leaders for a virtual community and stakeholder update on North Carolina's Rural Health Transformation Program on Wednesday, June 24, 2-3 p.m. Representatives from the newly selected NC ROOTS (Rural Organizations Orchestrating Transformation for Sustainability) Hub Lead organizations will provide introductions and share next steps as we work together to improve health care for rural North Carolinians and their communities
