Onboarding
Beginning Aug. 3, 2026, you can start the onboarding process to gain access to streamlined payment processing and authorization submissions in the unified claims system. We are launching a new automated form that will walk you through the process in 15 minutes.
The onboarding page will guide you through the steps to ensure you complete all the necessary requirements and paperwork to successfully start using the new unified claims platform on Oct. 1.
Before You Begin: Required Training
Attending Trillium's Provider Training for System Administration and iTransact is the first and mandatory step before accessing the enrollment form. Training prepares your team to manage your agency's access and permissions within Trillium's systems and to navigate the iTransact Provider Portal — the platform you will use for claims submission, payment tracking, and authorization requests after you are approved. Do not begin the enrollment form until training has been completed.

Step 4 — Receive iTransact Portal Access
Step 5 — Ongoing Support
Providers are encouraged to complete these steps by September 22 in anticipation of the October 1 launch.
