Trillium works with local stakeholders and elected officials to learn about their specific needs. Our Regional Operations staff participate in dozens of meetings in each month, discovering pain points or local gaps in care. Some counties prioritize staff at Department of Social Services offices, some focus on Crisis Intervention Team trainings, and others on mobile care units.

Examples of region-wide projects include:

  • Inclusive, accessible playgrounds
  • Mobile health care units
  • Training opportunities such as Community Crisis Intervention
  • Victory Junction family weekends

Trillium receives varying levels of funding from each of our counties. Much of this funding is invested back into those local communities, supporting the types of programs and service needs identified through our relationships and board members.

Programs Examples for Northern Region:

  • Jail Behavioral Health Supports
  • Mobile Integrated Care Units
  • Access to Crisis Intervention Training
  • Substance Use Prevention in the schools
  • Residential recovery program access
