Trillium receives varying levels of funding from each of our counties. Much of this funding is invested back into those local communities, supporting the types of programs and service needs identified through our relationships and board members.
Trillium works with local stakeholders and elected officials to learn about their specific needs. Our Regional Operations staff participate in dozens of meetings each month, discovering pain points or local gaps in care. Some counties prioritize staff at Department of Social Services offices, some focus on Crisis Intervention Team trainings, and others on mobile care units.
Programs Examples for Southern Region:
- Residential recovery program access
- Division of Social Services supports
- Family Treatment Court
- Programs for child safety
- The Healing Place
