Consolidation for Stakeholders
For Stakeholders
Trillium is proud of the close relationships we have with the local organizations, supports, and agencies serving members and recipients in our region. While we may not hold a contract with these stakeholders, direct communication is crucial to continue helping our populations reach their highest potential.
Frequently Asked Questions
Due to our large geographic size, Trillium is made up of three regions. Directors for each region are:
Northern Region:
Bobbie Lowe

Central Region:
Dave Peterson

Southern Region:
Cecelia Peers

Due to the counties we are adding, we expect to add more regions and will announce the director’s name(s) once they are hired. Each region also has community liaisons who attend meetings and participate on work groups. Your new regional director can share the name of your community liaison(s). Our regional advisory boards will continue to represent all 46 counties, and we will still operate our local office sites.
Trillium will accept any active CFAC members from Eastpointe and Sandhills Center. As detailed in the previous question, the new Regional Director(s) will coordinate involvement in CFAC once they are hired.
Trillium will likely add more Regional Advisory Boards. Each of the new counties will have a County Commissioner on their assigned Regional Advisory Board. Each county will also have one additional appointee according to GS 122C-118.1.
Trillium is working with NCDHHS and other MCOs to ensure there is no lapse in services that members receive. This means working with providers and Tailored Care Managers to protect continuity of care. If members, guardians, or providers have any issues to report, they can call Member and Recipient Services at 1-877-685-2415 to file a complaint or grievance.
