Access Kiosks

First introduced around 2015, Trillium's Access Kiosks are strategically placed in public, high-traffic community settings such as local health departments and Department of Social Services (DSS) offices. These self-service kiosks provide individuals with a confidential, technology-enabled entry point to behavioral health services, particularly critical for those facing digital or connectivity barriers.

Each kiosk allows users to:

  • Complete behavioral health screenings, such as the PHQ-9
  • Conduct brief self-assessments
  • Directly connect to Trillium's Access to Care line for immediate triage or referral

By situating these kiosks in accessible, non-stigmatizing locations, Trillium expands reach to populations who may lack internet, phone access, or comfort navigating traditional care systems. This model is especially relevant in addressing the digital divide and promoting equity in care access across rural and underserved communities.
