Regional Operations and THRive Local

Trillium receives funding each year from the 46 counties we serve. Amounts can vary based on the size of local populations or decisions made by county commissioners. Rather than padding stockholder pockets or paying executive bonuses, Trillium partners with each county to reinvest these dollars back into our communities.  

Trillium’s THRive Local plan helps us innovatively support the communities where we live. THRive Local leverages our skilled workforce, extensive relationships, and quality provider network in order to translate the county dollars we receive into impactful services and benefits, positively impacting thousands of lives. Trillium can be creative and resourceful in spending these dollars, identifying unique ways to transform lives that may not be possible through Medicaid funding.

Trillium works with local stakeholders and elected officials to learn about their specific needs. Our Regional Operations staff participate in dozens of meetings in each month, discovering pain points or local gaps in care. Some counties prioritize staff at Department of Social Services offices, some focus on Crisis Intervention Team trainings, and others on mobile care units.
