I THRive@Work

I THRive@Work is a new regional employment initiative designed to create expanded opportunities for individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities (I/DD), autism, and traumatic brain injury (TBI). 

Supported by a planned $2.4 million investment, the program will operate as a multi-county hub offering integrated workforce readiness training, remote job supports, digital employment tools, and on-site job coaching. The goal is to advance competitive, integrated employment for individuals with disabilities, providing not just placement, but also ongoing tools and support for job success. 

This initiative reflects Trillium's broader commitment to community inclusion, economic empowerment, and independence through meaningful work.
